Added editable Manual and removed Download Tracker Panel.
Added proper Resizing of TreeViewPanel. May still be a bit buggy/laggy. Needs to be improved
Fixed Issue with newest wxPython Version. Works on Windows and Ubuntu. May have to be tested on Mac
