Ability to ignore certain sections #46

This feature request originates from the fact that I really don't need to sync Pausenexpress videos... e.g. (VO) Theoretische Informationstechnik 2/Pausenexpress/Hochschulsport_V05.mp4 Would be nice if those could be ignored from the config similar to skip_courses by for example "skip_sections": {"13489": ["Pausenexpress"]} referring to image
