2.8x upgrade required #5

I download this and tried to install it on blender 2.92. But it says 2.8x upgrade required. I then tried it on blender 2.8 but it again says 2.8x upgrade required. Am i doing something wrong? I can't get any option to import lmd animation

When i change the "blender" ( 2, 79, 00) into "blender" (2, 80, 00) it’s working
