Lag Spikes on v3.4.4

Describe The Bug: Lots of Lag Spikers with nobody on the server and more noticeable ingame

How To Reproduce:

Install v3.4.4 on 1.18.2

Expected Behavior: No lag lol

Additional Context:

I was suffering for sudden lag spikes after I upgraded some plugins in my 1.18.2 server, cpu usage went from 15-20% to 50-250% or more very unstable and watched my ram monitor go crazy, tested every plugin and wasnt until I removed BetterRTP v3.4.4 that the problem was gone, went back to v 3.3.0 and problem solved.

If the Queue system is enabled there is expected lag for the first few minutes of a servers starting sequence. After maybe 5 minutes things should settle down

Sorry, I tested this recently using version 3.6.1 and it happened, I left the server running nobody logged and after a while it started lagging, and not just for the first minutes, it lagged for hours until I removed the plugin and the problem didnt show up again.
