Per World Not Being Followed #155

Plugin Version: 3.6.10

Describe The Bug: Regardless of permissions, how the config is set, or anything in that nature, when enabling RTP in the overworld and nether, players can RTP to the nether from the overworld, even setting the override command to only allow world>world and world_nether>world_nether it is ignored, I set the permissions in multiple ways and tested for about an hour, and no layout fixes the issue, its like a "yes or no" issue, I did "betterrtp.world" and didn't add the worlds after, I tried "betterrtp.world.world", and "betterrtp.world.world_nether" and remove betterrtp.world and tried a SLEW of other options, yes betterrtp,use is enabled, and I'm using luck perms

How To Reproduce: Stand in overworld Type /rtp world_nether even though, you're in the overworld Execute

Expected Behavior: Players aren't supposed to be able to RTP to the nether from the overworld, only whilst they are in (I also did the overrides, and told world to go to work and vise versa, nothing worked.

Disregard, issue was fixed by having to add contexts with the permission provider (luck perms) and adding wether they are enabled/disabled per world
