Issues with Titles in effects.yml #184

Plugin Version: 3.6.11

Describe The Bug: When i /rtp with Titles enabled in effects.yml, i get a console error. I can't even teleport or use titles.

How To Reproduce:

  1. Set a location with BetterRTP
  2. Enable Titles in effects.yml
  3. Type /rtp
