Users can create a BetterRTP sign even if the permission is set to false

I'm tryng this plugin with an user account test in my server and i've noticed that if a player writes the title sign that is config in the settings it has the hability to make a teleport sign, then i tried to set the perm betterrtp.sign to false and the player also can create this type of sign.

I've always recommended to use another signs plugin as the signs feature is very very simple. I would recommend the Command Block plugin. I will try to fix it, but no timeline tbh.
