how to solve time-delay and synchronization ？ #118

   I use the the latest version of spydroid-ipcamera,and modify a little.
I set 1280x720,15fps,2Mbps. I use vlc player and find it has 3 seconds
delate. if delate can control in 1 second ,how to ...
   When I set 1280x720,30fps,3Mbps. I find the video and audio isn't synchronization! I don't know 

I change /net/majorkernelpanic/streaming/rtp/RtpSocket.java  mBuffercount = 900.

System version: Android 4.1.2
