Open Session doesn't register keypresses #421

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Bind Ctrl-Space to File->Open Session
2. Press Ctrl-Space
3. Immediately press enter or press down a few times

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The expected result is that it would launch the first selected result when 
pressing enter, instead it does nothing.
When pressing down, it sometimes doesn't register, but not always. Up key also 
acts weird.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

1.4.0.4 on Windows 7 64bit Enterprise

Please provide any additional information below.

I have a configuration with more than 100 sessions, and use the Open Session 
all the time, and this bug has been annoying me for quite some time ;)

I have fixed it in my fork version https://github.com/revo22/SuperPutty
I will try to provide a beta version in some days
