Unnecessary PuTTY Icon in taskbar #475

Unfortunately I can't tell how to reproduce this error (if it is one) but 
sometimes I get an additional PuTTY icon in my taskbar when I open a new 
session.

Win 7 (64bit), superputty 1.4.0.5, putty 0.63

This happens every time on my machine.
I'd be glad to provide any diagnostics necessary.

So far the only suspicious thing I see in the log is:
WARN  SuperPutty.ApplicationPanel - Unable to get handle for process on first 
try.  Polling 10 s for handle.
INFO  SuperPutty.ApplicationPanel - Successfully found handle via polling 
52,0052 ms

I also use MultiMon TaskBar and VirtuaWin - thought they might interfere 
somehow - but exiting them both doesn't help.
