Kytty panel goes white when losing focus under wine

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Open any sesssion
2.Click outside Kitty's Pannel
3.Profit!

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The panel goes white/flickers until it regains focus. Kitty alone works 
flawleslly

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.4.0.5 under wine 1.7.27 (using play on linux) with dotnet40 installed, kitty 
0.63.1.3p 

Please provide any additional information below.

I love SuperPutty, but I have to use linux, so I have to use PAC unless I 
virtualice an xp machine for SuperPutty.
And due the fact that it seems that it won't be ported soon, I wonder if it's 
possible to make it wine-friendly.

I just notriced that this happens with the error message also.
I configured a serial session, and opening it gives the error "unable to open 
connection to.." (that error is normal, sym linc not properly configured to 
ttys1)
But the error on the panel flikers when it loses focus, in a similar fashon 
that kitty.
