Layouts, I Love them

Wow, I love layouts!

But if you have opened some sessions manually and then double-click on a 
layout, then bam, the manual ones are gone. That's pretty draconian behaviour.

I think if there are sessions open when you start a new layout you should get a 
dialog displayed, rather as you do when you exit. You should have some options 
like:

- delete all existing sessions, then start layout.
- start a new instance
- if the sessions you have open exactly correspond to the ones in the layout, 
move the windows back into their layout positions, they might have been dragged 
about a bit.

In addition, I think the layouts should include some stuff like automatic 
layouts. I got nine windows, and I want them to be in three rows with three 
columns. That would be so cool and actually save me from manually editing the 
layout's XML file.

Yeah, that sounds like a good feature.  So some additional layout helpers like:

- Arrange Horizonatally
- Arrange Vertically
- 4x4 grid, 9x9 grid, etc.
