What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Attempt to start Character Builder using CBLoader (If I use the
Characterbuilder.exe icon it works, but without the latest options form
essentials)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
When I try to run the CBLoader I see the following message:

17/10/2013 21:44:57 - ERROR:
Inner Exception: There is an error in XML document (88, 15).
Inner Exception: Exception of type 'System.OutOfMemoryException' was thrown.
17/10/2013 21:44:57 - INFO: Errors Encountered While Loading.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.1.6 and 1.3.0, Windows 7 64Bit.

Please provide any additional information below.
CBloader worked fine for about 1 year, using the V1.1.6 then suddenly this
message occour, yesterday I've downloaded the V1.3.0 and it worked, but just
once, now the problem has returned. I've already uninstalled CB and installed
again, but no change.

Can you run CBLoader.exe -v (or put the attached batch file in the same folder
and run that), and upload the log file for me?

The log file was short. Similar to the one showed before. I've opened it using
the debug icon. Since now, my thanks!
