Added Welcome Controller to manage navigation between pages based on user state.
Integrated logic to check if it's the first app launch and handle user authentication status.
Utilized GetStorage for local state persistence to track app usage and user state.
Set up navigation to LoginPage, SignUpPage, or HomePage based on conditions.

Note: GetSecureStorage will be integrated in a future update for handling sensitive user data.
