KeePassOTP works incorrectly if secure desktop enabled #85

After changes in KeePass 2.50, KeePassOTP isn't able to show password prompt if the option "Enter master key on secure desktop" is enabled.

I'm working on that, in the meantime please deactivate "Enter master key on secure desktop"
