I agree with everything except translating OTP, can't think of any need to translate it. Can you?
Help is taken from KeePass itself and always matches the text of the Help menu. I tend to keep it as it is

Not for me. Of course OTP is an English abbreviation. Dutch doesn't have an equivalent, but I thought there could be other languages that may want to translate it.
A somewhat related thought (just for opinion, I don't want to ask to much): I am trying to figure out if KeePass is user-friendly enough to introduce to a couple of my non-technical friends. They have never heard of things like OTP, and it would need explanation. If there could be a couple of places in the interface with the full term 'one-time password' instead of KPOTP, KeePassOTP or just OTP I think it would really help them.
For the Dutch translation I would like to translate a few more strings, 'Next' and 'N/A' in the seed part of the setup dialog.
Another word that may be better to have a separate translation is 'Help' in that dialog. In Dutch it is now using 'help' as in 'asking for help', instead of 'hulp' as in 'providing assistance'. But I didn't touch that one yet, and it feels minor.
The ampersand in the Drag & Drop label wasn't visible in English or Dutch, and this escaping can be turned off with the
UseMnemonic
variable. Also fixed my two typo's in the Dutch translation, sorry.
