Rework the 'Additional Steps' section in TF2:E #2

This pull request:

Changes some of the wording to be a bit clearer on what 'Additional Steps' means.
Changes the latest Community HUD Fixes link to go to the GitHub download (this would be the latest build; oftentimes, it is stable enough to use, and official stable releases are too slow).
Removes hudplayerclass.res steps as they will be deprecated in a future SOUP release.
Fixes a few formatting issues (ex. punctuation comes after the parentheses).

I've already pushed the update to remove optional steps as they are no longer needed. But thank you for contribution anyways! Closing the pull request.
