This appears to be used for 3DS2 secure to verify card payments. Was unable to progress with a card payment on Asda's website due to this.

Unsure what else it may be used for but being able to verify 3DS2 payments seems fairly integral to being able to browse.

Thank you for creating this issue, and apologies that this enumeration caused issues. I have removed most of the URLs of this domain now, leaving only the following in my blocklist (I think these are for monitoring/tracking purposes):

1geo.cardinalcommerce.com
0geo.cardinalcommerce.com
geo.cardinalcommerce.com

If you are still running into issues with these, please do let me know, but I will close this for now as fixed as I believe this should solve the problem you ran into. The relevant commit is here: https://github.com/RooneyMcNibNug/pihole-stuff/commit/e1d59c364b8043008af2db033fe771111e2d1857
