Translations needed for 2 strings please.

Purpose of code changes on this branch: fixed issues 98 and 100 through 105 as 
well as cleanup of several older issues and general improvements.

When reviewing my code changes, please focus on:
translations of these 2 strings:

<string name="silentMode">Silence notifications while connected</string> 
<string name="rememberMediaVol">Automatically remember last used media volume 
on disconnect</string>

After the review, I'll merge this branch into:
/trunk and release 2.8.4 to Play Store

Thanks for the translations.  German is done.  One French translation left and 
then I can release.  Here is the final string I need a French translation for: 
"Automatically remember last used media volume on disconnect".
