Possible to enable reading without specific event #174

I would like to ask for possibility to use TTS reading without any dependent 
event. In other words, optionally it will read SMS and other 
messages/notification by voice right after start without any wrapper for device 
connection, dock, or whatever. 

Would it be possible? I really miss this functionality. Thank you!!

That already exists in other accessibility apps.  I believe TalkBack does not 
now.

Not really. I would like to use selective way (only some apps) and no reading 
of other action like moving in menu, reading of popup windows in normal usage 
and so on... just reading of incoming SMS, Hangout and G+ messages, but not 
other...

This app is not meant to be a general accessibility app.  It is meant to handle 
the connect and disconnect events from devices.  Your request is out of scope 
of this app.  

This is open source.  Feel free to clone a version of it and do what you want.
