Cardamon Dashboard Implementation #8

This pull request introduces the full implementation of the dashboard, including the following features:

Dashboard Layout:

Created a layout for the dashboard.
The dashboard will show information about Cardamon runs filtered by date, scenarios, and iterations of a scenario.
Integrated gridstack.js for a drag-and-drop grid layout.
Enabled dynamic widget positioning and resizing.

Widget Components:

Added various widget components including MetricCard, DynamicChart, CpuUsageChart, and DataTable.
Allowed users to add new widgets, delete, and duplicate existing widgets.

API Handling:

Added API handling for fetching and updating widget data.

Dark Mode Support:

Implemented dark mode toggle functionality.

Hi Son. FYI: to run on Windows the 'widgets' folder need to capatalised to 'Widgets'. Am just having a play now. Thanks
