iOS does not receiving transaction when open from terminated state

Does someone encounter this problem on iOS? Reproduce step:

Connect wallet app to dApp
Kill wallet app
Request transaction from dApp
Open wallet app
-> some time eth_sendTransaction work, some time does not! And only happen on iOS.
