update to Nx 18.2 #19

The latest version of Nx is 18.2.x but this plugin is limited to nx v17

update to the latest version of Nx

Thanks for reporting! I don't expect any breaking changes with using this plugin with NX 18, but i will test it and update the dependency to support the latest version of NX in the next release.
