Tidy up webserver error logs

There's a lot of log spew in the webserver error logs.

• HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR related to php being run locally, and not providing the header the reverse proxy adds.
• egMapsGMaps related to /Location not using an API keys.
  • Various others.
