Improve search engine listings #77

The way ropewiki turns up in search results is highly inconsistent. It's especially bad on Google. Duckduckgo is generally better.

E.g. searching for "ropewiki Wallace" should have results for Wallace canyon, Wallace river canyon, etc on top. Instead weird "search by property" pages, and condition reports come out top.

This might need access to the Google webmaster tools, and changes to our meta headers.
