Users should be able to manually manage their data at the very least. Lets make sure there is a very quick and simple export/load function

Export should copy the database file to a location (this is done and working today)
Load/Import should:
- Rename the old DB
- Copy the imported DB to the DB location as db.sqlite so that it becomes the active DB
- Cleanup the old DB once the above succeeds.

Resolved with a caveat that I do not cleanup the old DB. I don't think I need to right now and out of safety, I would rather not. If really important, I can raise another ticket for it.
