lgtm with changes similar to those documetet in e93569c594afdb47babf821217dcc335d5962704 I could add a new user and was able to login via webUI and ssh.

only restriction I found: seems like changing the shell after the creation of the user is not working (put that is another story / issue, to be told and fixed in another PR ...)
