F-Zero X w/ Expansion Kit broken under 0.4.6 with dynamic recompiler and paraLLEl (RSP and GPU) plugins #158

Updating RMG to 0.4.6 has made it impossible for me to boot F-Zero X (J) with its 64DD Expansion Kit addon with the paraLLEl RSP and GPU plugins active and the core set to use dynamic recompilation for emulation. Specifically, I'm left staring at a black screen indefinitely. Log: rmg_log-2023_05_08-00_56_41.txt

I can work around this by switching to either interpreter options, but the performance of both is atrocious: Any time something is loaded into memory, saved to cart SRAM, or 64DD diskette activity occurs, the framerate drops to <1 for anywhere between five and 20 seconds. Previously, the only time I would encounter lag spikes with FZX + the EK was whenever the 64DD was being written to, and it would never last long (perhaps five seconds at most).

Try disabling the verbose logging? That should help at least,

And f-zero X with the disk drive expansion not working with the dynamic recompiler has always been the case, so that's nothing new.
