The function keys does not work when assigning them as Save and Load State #16

The hotkeys feature in general works fine. however, when the function keys, in this case i'm trying to use the F1 and F2 keys as the save and load state respectively, they don't seem to work.

Are you sure you don't have 2 different actions with the same key?

Yeah, i checked and everything. i've decided to do a fresh install and set up stuff again and it's working now. weird. should've done this before. I probably messed with something i shouldn't have.
