Pikachu doesn't seem to respond when saying his name or the targeted object in the Japanese version of Hey You, Pikachu! #188

The American version works fine but the Japanese version which is called Pikachu Genki Dechu doesn't seem to respond at all when using the mic. I tried saying Pikachu's name a hundred of times and he still won't properly respond to what I say. Could this be an emulation issue or no?

The core should fully work with it, but the input plugin probably lacks support for Japanese. https://github.com/mupen64plus/mupen64plus-core/pull/873#issuecomment-864229037
