SettingsDialog: Extend IPL ROM extensions IPL ROMs use the same extensions as basic N64 ROMs.

SettingsDialog: Fix default saveDiskFormat Clicking the button to Restore Defaults results in the wrong value for the saveDiskFormat. Default is RAM Area Only (1).
