+1 on this one, retroachievements makes grueling games feasible to beat in a one-sitting session, and then it activates the completionist in you to get all achievements.
I've taken a small look at the work required, and while it would be a cool feature, it'd also be a lot of work, so long-term it's something I want to add but don't expect anything anytime soon (sadly)

I'm kind of fighting in between this front end and simple 64, if you can implement it then that would put you slightly above simple 64 and be my go-to at least until simple 64 implemented themselves, then you'd be my go-to for low end computers.
I would love to see this as well. I love RetroArch, but sometimes performance can be made worse in that environment, especially on something like my Steam Deck (Here's looking at you PPSSPP). So the more projects outside of it that support RA is awesome.
There's a new rc_client API that is apparently much easier to integrate, PPSSPP recently integrated this. https://github.com/RetroAchievements/rcheevos/wiki/rc_client-integration

So long as RA is toggleable for systems that can barely run n64 via this method, I am fine with it.
Would be great to get achievements
Just commenting here to say that this feature would be hella cool and if there's any reconsideration on this topic to implement it with what ppsspp used
Everything about this Emulator looks amazing, all I'm hoping is that it gets Achievements support. Best regards!
