Moving the camera #14

right now the link between AV's camera and DF's is broken, with no other way to move the camera around properly.

functionality I think we need:

Moving camera around with the keyboard (Just use default unity bindings for this)
Make sure the loaded area is following the camera center
Make following the DF screen still an option (This is mainly useful for initial camera setup)
(Possibly) doubleclick to center the view onto a block.
