Remove some files that aren't currently being used - old debug things and stuff. Also, combine the RemoteClient and DFHack folders.
(everything still exists in the git history, ofc, but now the assets folder is a little more clean, and shallow clones will have less to pull.)
Tidy up GameMap (and remove some profiling calls I accidentally left in.)
Also, kinda unrelated, fix an exception when no DF is running.
