As a user, I want to be able to quickly read up on how to use the software and understand what I need to do to for minimal startup time.

Acceptance Criteria:

[ ] User guide exists
[ ] Guide formatted to be easily readable
[ ] Includes hyperlinked table of contents
[ ] Guide is up-to-date with how to currently use the software
