Zarr file input #2

Thank you for the software, looking forward to getting it running. Not issues as such, but -

Given the (large) size of .npy files, would be fantastic if you could directly use Zarr as an input.

Similarly, although perhaps not worth the effort now - would be really cool if this software was available as a python library, rather than requiring use in the terminal.

if having zarr as a dependency is acceptable, I can tackle the first point if you like
