Hi - this is a fantastic tool, thank you!
For some reason it never works for me when I try to output anything that requires listing of sites (-sites_save or -post_save). It prints "loading site information" and just sits there for hours.
All other tasks (-selection, -inbreed, -admix, -kinship) work really quickly.
Please help me fix it!
