[Suggestion] Have Rosepad exclusive features (enhanced hunger, custom discs, item names, etc.) be toggleable #39

This isn't the most important issue, but I know there are players who'd like to be able to toggle features that weren't in the original lilypad (except bug fixes).

I know qamod exists, but that isn't be actively updated.

This isn't a issue. The custom music disks exploit is one though. This is not a bug or issue btw I would doubt buj will close this.
