Thanks for very good job. I've learned so much from your work. I have successfully run an unconditional protein scaffold generation and generated some 3D structure that looks a bit like the protein. I now want to adapt RFdiffusion to build the network that meets my own needs. But besides run_inference.py, I couldn't find any relevant *.py files. In other words, I want to find the RFdiffusion training file (.py) and model file (.py), and then modify these files to get the model I want. Can you point me to the relevant documents？Thank you.
