Removing old & misleading documentation that is indexed under internal #32

There is a folder of old documentation for membrane protein modeling, most of which describe older versions of RosettaMP that were never merged. I thought this was harmless until I realized that some of the pages come up first when you search "membrane" in internal documentation.

I've basically deleted the whole folder because it all seems outdated. @jkleman Let me know if there are files that I'm mistakenly deleting here. Its not intentional if that's the case!
