antibody.py gets more flexibility for blast variants #10

My blast version is from the NCBI-tools package with version 2.2.26.20120620. The stock antibody.py cannot parse its output.

@smoe do you know if this version will still work with older Blast variants?

I could not test it without installing that same (which?) version of blast, which I had not done. The patch is intending to be non-disruptive, though. All it means to do is to also set the queryname when the line starts with '# Query').

@smoe ok, i will see if self-tests pass when using old blast version. And if i does lest merge this.
