This merge will add more GLYCAM codes to the carbohydrate_code_generator.py.

TODO:

[x] Add codes for Z, U, V, Y, W, and S.
[x] Move lists and dictionaries out of main script and into a separate Python file.
[x] Turn off Git tracking of output file.
