In light of RosettaCommons/main#3018, update the XSD parser/documentation generator to better handle top-level items (like MOVE_MAP_FACTORIES). Once this is merged and run, for such entries they'll now be a file (e.g. mm_factory_MoveMapFactory_type.md) which will contain the from-code generated documentation, which can possibly be automatically included in the documentation.
