not 100 percent sure this will work... it's also a minor upgrade 2.2.17->2.2.18 which could complicate things

This new location seems to require a username and password.

While the previous package is no longer availible (😢), replacing it with a Cyrus-only(?) version is probably not the best approach.

(Or is this one of those PRs which wasn't intended to be against the RosettaCommons? version)
