This PR updates mhc_energy_tools to allow users to generate custom Rosetta MHCEpitopeEnergy databases based on experimentally validated epitopes from the IEDB database. These tools are necessary for the additional built-in "experimental" database files provided by https://github.com/RosettaCommons/main/pull/3937
The PR also adds automatic display of required citations at the end of the script, and includes other minor bug fixes and improvements.
