updating release scripts #90

I just noticed that the weekly release bundles we send out have both Rosetta/tools and Rosetta/main/tools in them as duplicate copies (not symlinks). Where is that controlled, and is there a way to correct that?

@roccomoretti it is controlled in tests/benchmark/tests/release.py and i believe that https://github.com/RosettaCommons/main/pull/4522 will address this issues (i am hopping to merge it today before new release kick-in)
