Bug: cursor and text blinks while being edited / refreshed #285

Per our discussion on Discord: Hilbish can be noticed blinking whenever line refreshes (e.g. when writing/deleting the text or moving the cursor). This issue does NOT occur on every terminal (see the linked discussion for more info).

I observed this issue on tym terminal, but it is the most noticeable in getty (TTY), at least on my side. For comparison, this issue does NOT occur in KDE Konsole terminal, and while using other shells such as zsh, bash or fish.

Still happening on https://github.com/Rosettea/Hilbish/pull/288/commits/6ee6140a2ba81098479a6103ae92078db8041a8a I don't see any difference on my side. Tested with the same terminals (I'm using TYM on the video).
