Stop on Bedrock #122

My player on Bedrock(via GeyserMC) will VERY lag when other players (or themselves)turn on Effects, can you close the effect when a player is Bedrock Editon (ID starts with ".")? I'll very much thanks!

They can turn off their particles with /pp toggle
