Add more placeholders to holograms / display names #45

It would be great if the plugin would add the placeholder %time% for items to show how much time they have until they despawn.

I just checked the source code more... and found that despite the existance of two placeholders %name% and %amount% there isn't much there... I would like too see more placeholders added for entities like %health%, %location% etc...
