[Feature] Add support for closed captions #21

I hope you will add GUI and closed captions enable/disable. Take a look at IPTVnator. :)

First of all, thanks for your interest in termv

My vision of this project is to make a small, easy to use terminal script to watch live tv and making a GUI would be in conflict with this vision.

But Adding captions seems like a good idea and I'll look if I could implement it
